 A unique and challenging aerobic experience utilizing martial arts techniques combined with cardio to increase lean body mass, build stamina, and improve coordination and balance. Expect a high intensity workout synced to the beat of the music. This class will not only strengthen your body; it will strengthen your mind (mental muscles) too! All men, women, and fitness levels are welcome. 

Be sure to bring a water bottle.
